i burn i really ... i burn i really like to do for triceps involves a cable machine. start with heavy tri push downs (4-6reps) then immediately go into rope push downs 30 per of 1 rep max to failure. make sure to keep form on the rope though because its a hell of a burner you'll want to? round your back and start recruiting other body parts to help with the weight.
